Our Service operates on a prepaid basis. You must deposit funds before receiving leads or calls. Pricing is determined based on your selected configuration including policy types, coverage areas, and product type. Unused funds remain in your account with no expiration and are fully refundable upon account closure.

5. Compliance

All leads and calls provided through our Service are generated in compliance with applicable laws including TCPA regulations. Users agree to handle all leads in compliance with federal, state, and local laws governing insurance sales and marketing.

6. Limitation of Liability

InsuranceReadyLeads and Four Nine Nine Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.

7. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service following any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
